Baby Food Recipes

Baby Recipes are especially for babies of all ages. Baby aged 4-6 months
Apple and Cinnamon
Make two apples juice with a Cinnamon stick. Cook a little bit and remove the sticks before you serve your baby.

Papaya
It is the best fruit that you give your infant. It is not heavy and can be easily blender within a minute. It has a sweet taste and it is juicy. Cut the papaya into two pieces and steam it for 3-4 minutes and the puree is ready to serve your baby. It can be eaten raw when your baby is 6 month old.

Banana
This is the first fruit that you must serve your baby. As it contains high proportion of calcium that is good for the bones of your baby. Take a very ripe banana and cut it 4 cm and try to mesh it with a fork if you think that it is rough for your baby to digest than add a little baby milk or boiled water. Remember banana should not be freeze.

Baby aged 6-9 months
Chicken With Cottage Cheese
Take 50g boneless chicken, 1 spoon natural yogurt and cottage cheese with pineapple and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Put the mixture through the mouli so as to make puree.

Green Pasta Sauce
Ingredients are 175g courgettes, 2 tablespoons chicken stock and 50g green beans.
Thoroughly wash and slice courgettes and green beans. Then steam it for 9-10 minutes. The puree is ready and you can put it over the pasta and feed your baby.

Baby aged 9-12 months
Blackberry and Apple
It is the delicious combination that your baby will love to eat.
Ingredients:100g Blackberries, 2 cooked peeled apples peeled, caster sugar to taste.
Take a saucepan and cook the above mixture until the apples are softened. Put the mixture through the puree to make it smooth.

Apple with Chicken
Ingredients: half apple peeled and sliced, half little cooked chicken breast, a little lemon juice, meshed potato and little margarine.
Take a saucepan and cook the apple at a low heating level together with little water so as to soften it. After it is soften add chicken with meshed potato. Add a little lemon juice and margarine.

Freezing Tips:
Always freeze the food in a separate baby tray. Label the mixture with the day you cooked and its expiry date.

Approximate time for storage
Fish=5 months
Vegetables=5 months
Chicken=9 weeks
Puree with milk=3-5 weeks.
Never heat baby food if it is heated before and never go on storing your baby’s food.
